Arterton invites : Master Tailor Paolo Lentini

We recently had the pleasure of hosting evening cocktails with Arterton London to mark the start of our first trunk show in London.

The Princes Arcade holds a special place for me. Back when I worked for Crockett & Jones, I would often walk through the arcades during my lunch break, admiring the menswear boutiques. At the time, I dreamt of one day commissioning my own bespoke suit or jacket — though I knew it was unlikely.

Almost ten years later, I found myself standing in the very same arcade wearing a bespoke jacket. The only difference was that this time, I had made the jacket myself — and I was helping to host the event.

Myrqvist at Pitti Uomo: A Behind-the-Scenes Experience

One of the things I enjoy most about Pitti Uomo is the opportunity to meet the people behind the brands I’ve worked with. Communicating via Instagram or email often feels impersonal—many times, you’re not even speaking directly with the brand but rather through a PR representative. Pitti Uomo offers a rare chance to connect with these brands in person, learn about their creative processes, and hear the stories behind their products.

A Trip to Bergamo

I rarely wear monochromatic or tonal looks.

That said, I am quite fond of an all black or close to an all black outfit.

A Trip to Lugano with Myrqvist

Lugano has always been high on our list of places to visit. It is a charming city in southern Switzerland, where the influence of Italian culture is evident in its architecture, cuisine, and language. It offers a relaxed Mediterranean ambiance with a rich blend of Swiss and Italian traditions.

I thought it was the perfect opportunity to bring the Funäs from Myrqvist along for some on-location photos. For the outfit I went with a mostly neutral outfit with some hints of brown.
The objective of the outfit was also to make sure I was warm and comfortable (despite Milan actually being colder)

Orient Watches

Despite this post being an ad, Orient is a brand that has been part of my life for a while. Back when I was living in Asia (late 2000), when it was time for me to get a proper watch, Orient was high on my personal list. It wasn’t a brand everyone knew, and that was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want a watch that everyone had, but I still wanted something that fellow watch lovers could appreciate.
